With 25 years in healthcare leadership and a doctorate in Health Sciences with a concentration in organizational behavior & leadership, I combine real-world experience with evidence-based coaching methodologies. My approach addresses not just professional success, but the mental resilience needed to sustain it.

Therapy, by contrast, often focuses on diagnosing and healing from past trauma or mental health conditions. I do not diagnose or treat mental illness; if therapeutic support is needed, I refer clients to trusted licensed professionals.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a session fee. I understand life happens, so flexibility is offered when possible.
